What we always suggest is to ask us first unless you know from the beginning your ideal destination. It is very common to work with wedding and event planners and suggest destinations that are both practical and close to what you have in mind.
2. Select the Type of Boat: Greece offers a variety of boats for weddings, ranging from luxurious yachts to traditional wooden sailboats. Choose a vessel that suits your style, budget, and the number of guests you plan to invite. Typically, motor sailer are a better choice. We can provide a variety from luxury to more budget friendly options.
3. Guest List and Capacity: You will have to determine the number of guests you want to invite and so that we can ensure that the boat we will suggest, can accommodate them comfortably.
4. Catering and Menu: When it comes to the menu of your wedding, bachelor party or wedding party, we can customise everything! What we normally do is to send you the most popular dishes that people tend to choose and then we make changes until you are completely satisfied! We always ensure to accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences, from vegetarians and lactose intolerant to Kosher or Halal.
5. Entertainment: Think about the type of entertainment you'd like onboard. Options include live music, a DJ, or a playlist. Another great idea is yoga and massage on board or dancing lessons with professional dancers. What we don't really suggest but we can make it happen if you want is water toys, apart from snorkelling equipment. Typically, the number of guests are more than 30-40 and that means that you will need a lot of water toys for all these guests. But, if you like this idea, we can always make it happen by turning your party into a water sports themed party!
6. Photography and Videography: We have available professional photographers and videographers who are experienced in capturing weddings on boats. They know the best angles and locations for capturing memorable moments. But you can always bring your own!
7. Weather Considerations: You need to be prepared for potential weather or itinerary changes. Unfortunately, the weather isn't something we can control BUT the itinerary is!
